I have been practicing law in Ca. and Az. for 50 years, the last 25 of which my practice has been devoted 100% to Family Law matters.
For the last 5 years I was "Of Counsel" to Udall Law, LLP in Tucson, where I supervised the Family Law Division.
I now practice Family Law (and related areas) primarily in Scottsdale, 6991 E. Camelback Rd., D-300, Scottsdale 85251,,
I am admitted to all State Courts in Az. and Ca. as well as the United States Supreme Court, and the Federal Courts in both states and I am a member of the family law section of the State Bar as well as the Family Law Sections of the Maricopa and Pima CountY Bar Associations.
I have served as a Judge Pro Tempore in both Pima and Maricopa counties, lectured at family law seminars, and been honored as the Lawyer of the Month by the Volunteer Lawyers Program in Pima County.
All aspects of my clients' cases are personally handled, from intake through trial, should one be required.

He did not mislead me, with respect to what was possible, but did try to understand my predicament. He treated me with ...

Utmost Professional
Arthur was always extremely professional. He did a great job explaining the law to me, what my legal options were, and worked to expedite my divorce and keep me from having to go to a costly trial. Even when things got very emotional, Arthur was calm, cool, and collected and helped me get through i...
