Michael W. Margrave has been a practicing attorney in Arizona since 1968. Mr. Margrave graduated from Texas A&M University in 1963 and received his Masters Degree in accounting and Law Degree from the University of Arizona in 1965 and 1968, respectively. He concentrates in company law, real estate law, business acquisition and disposition transactions, and estate planning. He is rated A/V preeminent by Martindell-Hubbell since June, 1998. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Michael is past president of the American Association of Private Railcar Owners Inc. and is currently VP-Legal and a member of the Board of Directors. He is also VP-Legal for the Arizona Railway Museum.
