In my opinion, Allie has extremely poor customer focus and is not concerned about customer call backs or returning emails within a timely fashion. EXAMPLE. I reached out to Allie on two separate occasions on a Friday at 315 pm and at 445 pm. I also followed up with a email as to what Issues I was ha...ving with my divorce in process and asked her to return the call. No calls were ever returned nor a email response from Allie nor anyone in her office. Shocked after just paying a 5000.00 dollar invoice with 0 balance. Needless to say she was fired at 5 pm on Tuesday with still no response from her or anyone in her office.

Divorce is a painfull process,especially after 17 years of a good marriage. I interviewed with over a dozen lawyers in the PHX area, half of which I walked out of just due to the attitude of them. Allie, on the other hand, was completely different. She was kind,compassionate, and very intelligent. I ...am no expert on law, but I could tell that Allie knew what she was doing in the first five minutes. Allie is all about strategy,she has a plan and sticks to it. Like a game of chess,if the situation changes, so does her tactics. She reads people's faces and anticipates their moves. She was completely brilliant in the courtroom. Extremely polite, aggressive if she needed to be, and overall just remarkable. Alllie always answered every question I had right on the spot,and If she wasn't sure about anything she would look it up,complete honesty. She also always had time to talk, or return phone calls. Communication was beyond excellent. Billing and fees where also very reasonable. I would not be the person I am today if it wasn't for her. If you are looking for a honest,caring, and professional attorney,look no further,she is the one. Allie stuck to every promise she made and my outcome was a 100% success. I am so thankfull that there are still people out there that really care about their client, and not about the money they charge you. Like I said earlier,divorce is a painfull process, but Allie made it much better, because she CARES.
