Zachary David Giammarco

A member of Giammarco Law Office PLLC, Zach joined the firm in 2006 after graduating cum laude from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. Zach completed his legal education in only two years and officially joined the firm thereafter, despite being involved in the firm’s operations from an early age. A trial attorney, Zach practices in a variety of areas, including business, personal injury, employment, real estate, HOA and probate law, all of which has garnered him extensive trial experience in Arizona’s city, state, federal and appellate courts. He is also very familiar with the merchant bankcard industry; HIPAA/HITECH compliance; estate planning (including preparation of wills, trusts, living wills and powers of attorneys); contract drafting and review; formation of LLCs, corporations and partnerships; trademarks and copyrights; and liquor licensing. 

Born and raised in Arizona, Zach enjoys almost anything outdoors, whether that be snowboarding, camping, walking his dogs or playing soccer, which he still manages to play once or twice a week. Of course, he always enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and their four (yes...four) dogs.
