I want to start this by saying that I, like many, never thought I would be in a position of having to hire a Criminal Defense Attorney. Unfortunately, a poor decision on my part, as well as bad timing and placement, led to a DUI. In the State of Arizona, the DUI laws are extremely severe, if not bord...erline cruel and unusual in regard to the major life disruption, and financial strain they put on you. I do not condone breaking the law and quite honestly, I didn't believe I was a threat to society or that I was putting anyone in imminent danger at the time. It is however, a zero tolerance State, and up to police discretion, regardless of the actual amount of alcohol in your system. We must fight for our freedom, whether or not our freedom is on the line. As for me, I definitely will be keeping him as the fighter on my side.
