Where do I begin to rate my experience with Todd Simpson? First I met him in 2019 when I began interviewing attorneys. I was apprehensive because in my first divorce (1993) my attorney did not fight for me and I gave up everything. Todd is honest, affable and above all a good human being. He handle...d everything with my divorce and after I was assaulted he handled all the paperwork associated with filing a restraining order. He was understanding and patient when I went through the grief phase of not being sure if I wanted to divorce. My divorce was a very complicated and took 1.5 years. Todd's fees were more than reasonable and he listened to what I wanted but also gave me honest feedback in what the best options were. Even though my divorce is over there are some loose ends still needing to be wrapped up and he continues to keep me in the loop with the next steps. I would not hesitate to recommend Todd to anyone divorcing or needing any type of legal matter addressed. For me -- I needed an attorney who would fight for me and my son, but also someone who was a good human being -- Todd is and was both.

I hired Todd to register my out of country (out of the USA) divorce with the Arizona state. Apparantly, if any of the divorcing parties was NOT living in the country at the time that the divorce is occuring, neither Department of Homeland Security nor the Department of the State recognize the divorc...e. My divorce took place out of the USA 20 years ago, we both (me and my ex) hired a power of attorney in that country, no one demanded anything from each other and divorce took place. Neither of us were living there at the time, we were both living in the USA. After my divorce 20 years ago, apparantly, i was still married to my Ex by the US law. I talked about the issue with Todd. His recommendation was that he should try to register the out of USA divorce rulling in Arizona state. He packaged the filing with past rulling referencing the law and at the end superior court of Arizona judge signed the order. 20 years after my original divorce order, i divorced my wife in Arizona state with the identical rulling of the original order. Thank you Todd. If anyone of you reading this review and facing the same issue please talk to Todd Simpson. He is very honest, very knowledgable with the family law domestically or internationally. I wouls stronly recommend the law office of Larson and Simpson to anyone out there having family law issues or bankruptcies. Thank you again Todd.
