Ariana Byrd

Ariana Byrd is a driven and dependable attorney who zealously represents her clients. While attending Marquette University Law School, Ariana began working as a personal injury law clerk. Realizing her affinity for representing personal injury cases and helping her clients rebuild their lives, Ariana practiced law as a personal injury attorney in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In 2017, Ariana returned home to Arizona to practice law and has since been with Thompson Law Firm, where she has earned high regard as an honest and diligent advocate for her clients.

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Washington State University, Ariana went on to receive her Juris Doctorate in 2016. While attending Marquette University Law School, she was an active member of the Marquette Sports Law Review and won the prestigious, high-level CALI Award for excellence in interviewing and counseling. Ariana has also personally contributed to her community through her involvement as a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Her generous support and her distinguished experience have helped foster her reputation among clients as a personable and compassionate attorney.

Sports have always been a big part of Ariana’s life. As a Division I athlete, she deftly balanced a rigorous academic and sports schedule. Having mastered both, Ariana is uniquely equipped to manage a complex legal caseload while giving each case and client her full attention and commitment to obtaining an equitable settlement. Most recently, she obtained a large settlement for a young woman and her mother who were severely injured by a major department store vehicle and secured just compensation for a woman injured by an impaired driver. Ariana’s courage and tenacity are present in every case and she thrives on winning for her clients.

Ariana is also a member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, the Arizona Women Lawyers Association, and the Maricopa County Bar Association. She recently received the honor of being chosen to serve on the board for the Maricopa County Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Division.
