Biography
Stephen has a busy practice in wills, trusts, and probate.
His estate planning practice reflects the vital experience that can only come from the trenches of probate court. Consequently, he knows that effective estate planning requires much more than completing forms. He is able to listen to what his estate planning clients want and guide them through the practical decisions they need to make to avoid probate court. He also informally helps his professional network with the issues they face with their elderly clients.
Stephen graduated cum laude from ASU School of Law. While attending law school he clerked for three trial judges, and earned High ProBono distinction for work he completed in the victims’ rights advocacy clinic.
Among many awards, he received the Silver Beaver, the highest award given by the BSA Grand Canyon Council for his many years of excellent service.
