Michael M Roberts

Born and raised in Phoenix, Michael M. Roberts graduated cum laude from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Marketing in 2003 and earned his law degree magna cum laude from Creighton University in 2009, where he was active on Creighton’s Moot Court Board and National Moot Court Team. He began his legal career with a two-year clerkship for the Honorable John C. Gemmill at the Arizona Court of Appeals, then gained civil litigation and insurance-defense experience as an associate and later as in-house counsel for a major insurer. After working alongside Mike Nysather on litigation and admiring Wade & Nysather’s client-focused approach, he joined the firm in 2018. Mike leverages his defense-side insight to assess cases strategically and guide injured clients through every stage of litigation. Outside the office he values family time, fitness activities like running and hiking, and cheering for Phoenix sports teams.
