About Jordan

Biography

Jordan was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He earned his B.A. from the University of Virginia, and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. While in college, Jordan earned his commission as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army, and attended Airborne School at Fort Benning, Georgia.

Jordan is licensed to practice law in Arizona, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. After practicing law in Philadelphia for several years, Jordan relocated to Arizona in 2011 to start a Family Law practice with his sister, Amanda, which serves the greater Phoenix area. Jordan is a member of the Arizona State Bar Association, the Maricopa County Bar Association and the Family Law Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association.

Jordan has been recognized by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys and was included in their Top 10 Attorneys Under 40 list in 2016. Jordan was listed as a Top 40 Under 40 Family Lawyer by the American Society of Legal Advocates in 2017. I wanted to take a few minutes of my time to write a review of things I appreciated about my attorney Jordan Zitron. I interviewed Jordan on June/July of 2015, after Jordan listened to my case, Jordan told me his hourly rates and encourage me to still look at other attorneys in my area, This was due ...to my case being in Pinal County, and he was centrally located in Chandler Arizona. He explained I would be paying more in his drive time however he did say he would be more then happy to take case and represent me. I took his advice and interviewed a few more attorneys, at the end of the day I still felt that Jordan was the right attorney for me. I appreciated the fact that he was upfront and honest and felt that he was looking out for the best interest of my children and me, not his own. After hiring Jordan there was much more that I appreciated such as. His willingness to meet me, emails and or telephonic communication to go over my case. Jordan was very courteous and caring with respect to my case. I was always fearful and nervous before every hearing, but with Jordan's professionalism and his knowledge of family law which would ease my fears when we stood in front of the judge. I am very pleased to call Jordan Zitron my attorney and recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney in family law.
