Steeplerock AZ IND, LLC v. Hadco Corp.
Following a four day bench trial on behalf of a multi-national Fortune 500 company, obtained a complete defense verdict and prevailed on a counterclaim for specific performance, resulting in an award of attorneys’ fees for my client totaling $125,000.
Hurley et al v. Vistancia, LLC
Obtained a six-figure damage award before a panel of Arbitrators on behalf of multiple homeowners against one of the nation’s largest homebuilders for violation of Arizona’s Consumer Fraud Act.
Fleming West v. Reilly Aviation
Obtained a unanimous jury verdict for damages totaling $124,000 on behalf of a general contractor for breach of a commercial construction contract. Following the jury's verdict, obtained an award of attorneys’ fees and costs totaling $114,000.
Carr v. Ameriprise/Macejko
Negotiated a policy limits settlement in the amount of $200,000 for a driver and passenger injured in a car accident.
