About Jordan

Biography

Jordan was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He earned his B.A. from the University of Virginia, and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. While in college, Jordan earned his commission as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army, and attended Airborne School at Fort Benning, Georgia.

Jordan is licensed to practice law in Arizona, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. After practicing law in Philadelphia for several years, Jordan relocated to Arizona in 2011 to start a Family Law practice with his sister, Amanda, which serves the greater Phoenix area. Jordan is a member of the Arizona State Bar Association, the Maricopa County Bar Association and the Family Law Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association.

Jordan has been recognized by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys and was included in their Top 10 Attorneys Under 40 list in 2016. Jordan was listed as a Top 40 Under 40 Family Lawyer by the American Society of Legal Advocates in 2017. Wonderful Lawyer and person

I had a positive experience through my divorce process thank you to Jordan. Since the first time we talked during the initial consultation, he answered all my questions and made me feel more comfortable with the situation I was going through. Jordan is very professional and knowledgeable, he is very ...efficient and makes sure things are done right the first time. Communication was great at all times, he explained every detail and made sure I fully understood everything, another great thing is that he was very conscious of keeping the total cost of the service as low as possible. I definitely recommend Jordan, you wont be disappointed.

Very responsive and knowledgeable attorney.

Very Helpful

Child support modification.

I called Jordon and we layed out a plan to get my back child support eliminated and the monthly child support reduced. When I met with him at his office, I told him all the reasons that I felt that this was a fair request to present to the court. After a few days he had the stipulation to modify the ...child support drawn up and he emailed it to me. I read it and he had every single thing that I told him, in the stipation. He listened to everything I had told him and put ii in the stipulation. After the mother and I had signed it. The court signed it the next day. The process took a little longer because DES had to review it and they always take their sweet time. In the end they reviewed it and my back child support was eliminated and the monthly obligation was reduced. Jordon never left me hanging. He made calls to DES to make sure that they were doing their job and even though we never directly heard back from them, the court order was put into affect. Thank Jordon, I won't hesitate to call you if I need a good family lawyer who cares about his clients. Thanks again!

Top notch attorney who CARES for his clients

Jordan Zitron is a great choice when researching a family attorney. My experience was unique, but apparently not uncommon. I had been only married for 4 years and my marriage was dissolving. I had reached a point where I had no hope. I was desperate for answers. I had never gone through divorce and n...eeded someone to talk with to understand the process. Jordan gave me a full hour of consultation, followed by a few 10 minute conversations the next few days. At this point he hadn't charged me anything. My stress level went down and I found myself worrying less about the process. I hired Jordan for an hour-long session a week later, which was informative. He listens and responds appropriately, all the while helping you sort your thoughts and feelings to plan the best course of action. I ended up hiring him to put together documentation for custody and material separation, deciding to fall short of a complete dissolution of marriage. In the middle of Jordan putting together the documents, I reconciled with my wife and I'm happy to say we are working it out. Jordan was happy with this outcome, but then Jordan suggested something that was unbelievable. He offered to refund his remaining time, which he was under no obligation to do for me. He has started the process I asked him to start. I'm writing this review for many reasons. 1. Over an hour of free consultation, with follow up calls days later 2. Fair pricing on his time for an additional hour long consultation which developed a plan fit for my situation. This allowed me to make the correct decisions for myself and my little girl. 3. The offer to refund my remaining hours of time, given I had reconciled, which he was not obligated to do was over the top on customer service. If you are starting to enter divorce with our wife or husband, but don't know what your rights are or how to plan for the worst-case scenario, call Jordan Zitron, he will make you feel a whole lot better.
