Jonathan A Cavender

Jonathan Cavender was the lawyer in a mediation for my divorce and in the papers and part of the marital settlement, he was supposed to send me a check for the amount we both agreed upon. Jonathan completely lied to me several times claiming that he sent the check to me but I never received anything... from him. He asked that if I got a check from him that I was only able to cash one of them and the rest that he said he sent (which he never did) he told me to dispose of them? He did not ever send me the check and kept pushing me off for months! I still cannot get him to answer me on when it will be received or when I will get my final divorce paperwork. He is not cooperative and he is a not a good, professional lawyer.
