Best decision I ever made was to secure Karla Berber! Especially because my case came with many moving parts which unfortunately for me, meant that I needed someone efficient, transparent, extremely knowledgeable in their legal profession. Someone who could help me pick up the aftermath pieces of ...a repetitive case where our judicial and legal system had miserably failed my case, especially me! There are not enough words to describe what it feels like to be vindicated so quickly under the representation of Karla Berber. As a dad going into an uphill custody battle, I was terrified of what was to come. I had heard all the dad horror stories, of how they put up a fight but in the end the court system sided with mom and more child support was to be paid by the dad. The thought of coming out of this with a victory was a... mear desire, and I was convinced that it would be like trying to find ET (only in the movies). But then this amazing person/lawyer was recommended by my wife. And everything changed after bringing her onboard with us to this uphill battle. In May of 2020 I was blindsided with a visitation, custody, and child support motion for my then 8 month old son. I contacted Karla and she guided me gracefully through the fight of my life for the stability of my exclusively breastfed son in regard to the request for overnight visitation,50/50 custo...dy and child support.
