Juan Rocha

Juan Rocha helped me out with my immigration case which was very difficult from the beginning. He is a great attorney and I know for a fact that he worked very hard on my case. I was adopted when I was a baby and no one knew where I came from. Some people would say I was born in Mexico and others wou...ld say I was born in the USA. No one knew who or where my natural mother was. I got arrested a few times and was deported to Mexico even though there was no record indicating that I was born in Mexico. Thanks to Juan's hard work we were able to find out who my natural mother is and that I was born in Phoenix, AZ. Because of Juan's hard work I will finally be able to get my U.S. birth certificate and I get my driver license as well. Thank you very much for not giving up and for being so persistent!

LOVE THIS GUY! I had an out of state case with Mr. Rocha. From the first phone call I was confident in my decision to hire him. He had answers and advise. He was FAST and efficient in filing my "expungement" case. Arizona won't expunge certain cases but will "set them aside" so legally they won't exi...st. My felony was successfully set aside and ALL my rights have been restored. I can't be denied a job, a loan or insurance anymore. I can live anywhere I choose. I can vote or carry a weapon. I no longer live under a label. THANK YOU JUAN!!!

I give Mr. Rocha 10 stars!!! when I first came to him about my problem he listened to all my concerns which were roughly ALOT. He listened and patiently explained the whole process. He returned ALL , and I mean ALL my calls. He had answers for all my questions and he gave me honest advice. Most Att...orneys that I've met usually take the case without even seeing if there is something they can do and Mr. Rocha didn't he first did his research. He's a very honest man! Laura A.11/18/2014 I am very pleased with Juan Rocha. When i first contacted him to get advice about a case he was VERY and I mean VERY thorough he explained everything from A to Z. He was very honest. Most lawyers have you talk with a paralegal first where they tell you what the cost is they have y...ou explain the case then the paralegal asks the attorney if its a case that they can work with. I asked Juan Rocha what he would be able to do for me he made is simple he told he would have to see the case and examine it before charging me. I have had experience with other attorneys and what they do is first take payment for the case and then they tell you what they can do for you. Juan Rocha knows his stuff!! and when he was explaining things to me he showed me it from a book as well. I am in the process of hiring him and i know he's good at what he does plus I've heard nothing but positive things about him!!!
