Juan Rocha

We hired Juan Rocha back in 2015 for my husband seeking help with his immigration process and I honestly think the process would have been faster if my previous lawyer wouldn't have made the mistakes that he did (fired him) and I hired Juan Rocha, It defiantly was a process but he got it done, thank...s to him my husband was able to see his parents and family after 15 years a day that my husband and I will forever hold in our hearts. Juan has a very special way of expelling things and he makes sure before you leave that you understand what you talked about, he doesn't forget about you he communicates and reaches out to you in regards of your case. We were totally blindsided by the situation and when Mr. Rocha worked his magic for us, figured we wouldn't see my husband again, it was nothing less than magic to us...! Mr. Rocha and his assistant are like angels sent from heaven. They are very professional, kind, understanding and patient. They treat you with respect and kindness, I needed immediate assistance as my husband had been detained, I called several attorneys and no one seemed to care to help, I even pa...id some attorneys to have a consultation and they did not seem to care. When I called Mr. Rocha’s office, his very knowledgeable assistant immediately took the time to listen, was always very positive and made me feel that everything was going to be okay. Mr. Rocha immediately took our case, the next day they were filling papers and in less than 2 weeks my husband was released. LOVE THIS GUY! I had an out of state case with Mr. Rocha. From the first phone call I was confident in my decision to hire him. He had answers and advise. He was FAST and efficient in filing my "expungement" case. Arizona won't expunge certain cases but will "set them aside" so legally they won't exi...st. My felony was successfully set aside and ALL my rights have been restored. I can't be denied a job, a loan or insurance anymore. I can live anywhere I choose. I can vote or carry a weapon.
