Biography
I was a law clerk to a Bankruptcy Court judge in Phoenix from 1998 to 2000. I practiced with a small bankruptcy firm that specialized in individual and small business Chapter 11 cases in Seattle, Washington. I returned to Phoenix to be closer to family when my daughter was born in 2006 and have worked for several consumer bankruptcy firms specializing in Chapter 7 and 13 since then.
The partners at my firm practice family law, criminal defense, and civil litigation.

Don't even think about using him
I hired Jonathan in 2010 to handle my bankruptcy case. What a joke. He filed my case, showed up at the hearing of the creditors and was never heard from again. He failed to submit documents to the trustee. No one could get in contact with him. He wouldn't respond to email for return phone calls. As a...

Beware
Did not confirm my Ch. 13 Case on over 1.5 years as a result it my case was dismissed. Would not answer my emails or return my phone calls.

Disappointed
Very disappointed in his professionalism. Did not return phone calls,did not file our bankruptcy after payment and the necesary paperwork was given to him. Would not recommend hiring him to anyone.
