SKINNER LAW GROUP, PLC primarily provides representation and counsel in estate planning (Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney and advance directives), probate, adult guardianship/conservatorship and real estate matters. We have helped hundreds of individuals and businesses navigate and resolve many difficult problems.
We help individuals develop a solid estate plan. For many this may only require a simple will, general and healthcare powers of attorney and living will. For those who need to take advantage of a trust's ability to avoid probate or would like to ensure their intent is carried out regarding assets owned jointly with a spouse we assist in the creating trusts and in transferring title to their assets to the trust. When aged parents, or other adults, become unable to make decisions for themselves regarding their finances or medical care, we assist in seeking the appointment of trusted individuals as guardians and conservators.
We also represent clients in a variety of real estate matters. These include both transactions and disputes. We have advised hundreds of individuals of their rights and potential liabilities under Arizona’s anti-deficiency statutes.
Hailing from Mesa, Arizona, Ben has a deep understanding of the local community and its unique legal landscape. Honest, Extremely Knowledgable, and Hard Working
After meeting with several bankruptcy attorneys, my wife felt that most were either unprepared or willing to throw anything at the courts in hopes to see what sticks. Ben was exceptionally honest, knowledgeable, and straight forward. We knew that he would be honest and would not do anything unethic...
