I have been representing the vicitms of negligence in and out of court since 1996.  My entire career has been dedicated to helping the "little guy." I am fluent in Spanish and represent many clients who speak little or no English.  I attended high school in Mesa, attended law school out-of-state, and then I returned to Arizona after law school to make a home and a career in this community. Our office is in the East Valley, but we represent clients all over the Phoenix area and some of our clients have been from as far away as Kingman, Prescott and Tucson.

This is all I do, and I have helped hundreds of deserving people receive fair compensation for their injuries. The consultation and phone call are free. I will visit you in person at home or in the hospital to discuss all of your options and rights.  I don't get paid unless you win or settle your case successfully, and I never charge more in fees than what you the client receive after paying all other expenses from your settlement.  I even give out my cell phone number to my clients so they can reach me with anything urgent.
