Lindsay S. Bautista

While in the midst of a family court case my attorney at the time was suspended, I had an impending evidentiary trial set and no lawyer. Lindsay agreed to consult with me about my case and after gathering the information needed we came to an agreement to work together. What should have been a quick r...epresentation, ended up dragging on due to the other party, but Lindsay communicated with me every step of the way, provided support when we would hit roadblocks, and communicated possible solutions she had identified to things that arose in the case and helped me make informed decisions about how I wanted to proceed and how she could help me move my case forward. We ultimately were awarded what I had requested and I hired her again to represent me in another matter closely related. I have referred friends to her as well and everyone sings her praises. It’s not often you hear if lawyers truly caring, but Lindsay goes above and beyond
