Lawton is by far the best attorney I have hired. My case was a quite complicated child custody battle. Lawton worked very hard and long hours. He is always available to speak with and truly cares about his clients. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a dedicated, assertive, yet carin...g attorney.

I have read the other review on Mr. Lawton and here is my intake. I tried to work with Several Lawyers before hiring Mr. Lawton Connelly in 2013 which carried over to 2014. I cannot speak for the other person’s personal experience but mine was amazing as well as on pins and needles at the same t...ime. Lawton does talk a big game as well as he should. He was worth the money and believe it or not his fees were half the price of ALL the other Lawyers who were into it only for money. Lawton actually cares about his case and give you good sound advice about which direction you should go with your case. As the other person stated above “He is very responsive, and actually very good at knocking out the game plan for the case”. But in my Case Lawton was very thorough in my case in front of the Judge. I did not pay extra for copies or additional filed documents. He was available in the evening which most Lawyers are not which is a plus for me. Lawton was not buddy-buddy with the opposing attorneys in my case but he did smile and kept it professional even when the other side seemed to be irritated with his knowledge of the Family Court rules and regulations. I would recommend Lawton any day to any person looking to settle Family Matters. 93% of Lawyers are concerned about money and ripping clients off in the process as what happen to the other party in my case. I went from having no parenting time dealing with a disgruntled mother to having control parenting time every other weekend for 6 months and them after 6 months having 50/50 parenting time one week on one week off and no child support involved what so ever. Plus he saved me over $20,000.00 in arrears do to false allegations by the mother. Every case is different at giving times but in my case I would say hell yea I would recommend this man to handle your case as he fights for parenting time and not for money. If you are looking to rip the other party off over money I would suggest that you find you an overpaid lawyer who could care less if you win your case or not. I give him 4 ½ stars. He lost ½ a point because he is extremely too nice and considerate. Overall I would say find you a lawyer who cares about the family and not the money.. Bottom line no one wins in a Family court matter and the Child will always lose. I just despise greedy parents who only do this for money and Lawton help me over come that process. This man is professional and friendly. It does not cost a dime for a phone call to him so why not try him out first and see how he works for yourself...
