Great Attorney

Chad helped me evict a tenant who hadn’t paid rent since the very first month of their lease. From our initial consultation, Chad was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough. He took the time to explain the legal process in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I felt supported and ...informed at every stage. He handled all the paperwork efficiently, met all deadlines, and kept open lines of communication throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how he advocated for me and made sure my rights as a landlord were fully protected. I never felt alone—Chad was always just a phone call or email away, ready to answer questions or offer reassurance. The eviction was successful, and thanks to Chad, the situation was resolved with minimal stress on my end. If you’re dealing with a difficult tenant or any landlord-tenant issues, I can’t recommend Chad enough. He’s not just a knowledgeable and skilled attorney—he genuinely cares about his clients and works hard to deliver results.

The best eviction attorney

My family hired this attorney to represent us, after being disappointed from another attorney group in Mesa. They charged a lot of money without any success. Each time, they would ask for more money without achieving any results. Being so dissatisfied, after some google research, I found Chad. Words ...can't describe how grateful my son and I are to Chad Walton. He is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. His prices are very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend him. I plan to use him again for any future services. Thank you, Anita Dai

Fast and Smooth eviction process

Grateful that we hired the right attorney and not waste our money on lost time and no good result. Chad was able to help us evict our Tenant that never paid any rent since day 1. We definitely recommend him to anyone in need of eviction attorney!

Landlord Perspective

Tenants enter into an agreement to pay rent. When they don't pay, they seem to think they are entitled to stay in someone else's property indefinitely for free. The American legal system is overly concerned with protecting the rights of tenants. Property owners have rights too. Business is business. ...We hired Chad Walton of Waltlaw to help us rightfully evict a non-paying tenant. It was not a quick process. The deadbeat played every legal game to maximize his free stay. Attorney Walton is competent, direct and efficient. He communicated with us every step of the way so we knew exactly what to expect and when. We are happy to recommend Waltlaw to any landlord in the same situation.

Deserves to be in jail

I signed up through legal shield for help with a slumlord. She was attempting to evict me for complaining about a plumbing issue. Chad told me she couldn’t do that, which turned out to be false. I found out through other lawyers and paralegals here in Arizona, landlords generally win in eviction case...s, given that it is one of 3 “abandonment states”. He didn’t know about the fair housing commission, in order to have my apt inspected before my trial. He told me I would have to pay for a contractor, which would cost more money than I had, he implied. He instead tried to negotiate a deal with my landlord to move me out in 30 days. When I tried to talk to him about this, he said I was incorrect/lying, and asked him to negotiate the deal. I guess that’s why his website is called “kick them out quick”. He gives bad lawyers a worse name.
