Best attorney we ever encountered. Knows the case, fights, protects and supports in whatever decision is made by the client.

We came to Mr Burnett on a referral. We had a complicated case of injury from an attack using the internet. Mr. Burnett met with us and thoroughly reviewed our case with us. We felt completely comfortable and important. He knew our case inside and out and could discuss anything from memory with a...ny question we had. He was down to earth, warm, professional, courteous and confident. He always kept us informed but he also handled many things that did not require our attention and we did not have to be bothered with ugly things the other lawyers were doing just to fight the case. He went way above and beyond for us. He was always pleasant. We saw him interact with other lawyers and a mediator. He had good relationships with them and was well respected. He consulted with specialists in the various areas and always laid out the pros and cons for us to make the most informed decision. He did not try to influence us one way or another when we were presented with two very different paths to go. He let us know he would willingly do whatever we needed to do for our case. I would recommend Thomas Burnett to any family member or friend. I am 55 years old and like many people have not had good experiences with lawyers and have heard horror stories from friends. It is such a comfort to know there is a caring, moral, ethical, professional, down to earth lawyer that will fight for you. We are just settling a case that he has calmly and professionally fought. He went up against groups of lawyers and kept winning. We worked with Mr. Burnett over a 3 year period. The length was due to changes on the other side and just the legal process. In the 3 years we worked with him, I was never disappointed or frustrated with him. We are so grateful that we were referred to him.

Very Disappointed

Mr. Burnett did not make me feel that he was fighting for me and never responded in a timely manner. He basically always stated that I should just take the money so he did not have to take it to trial because he would not make a huge profit off of my case. He was clueless when it came to the details ...of the case and I was treated unprofessionally. There are no good or bad reviews on here, that should tell you something.
