Mr. Ellsworth has been practicing law in Arizona for more than twenty-six years, specializing in family law related matters. His practice is solely dedicated to handling family law matters including divorce, paternity, child custody, child support, adoption, grandparents’ rights, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, termination of parental rights and step parent adoption, domestic partners custody and visitation, spousal maintenance, and a host of other family law related areas of practice. Mr. Ellsworth has been appointed and serves as a Judge Pro Tem in the Family Law Division of the Maricopa County Superior Court. Mr. Ellsworth is a frequent presenter at advanced level continuing legal education courses in the area of family law. Mr. Ellsworth has represented hundreds of clients over his many years of practice and is prepared to handle any aspect of family law, including hearings, alternative dispute resolution, trials and appeals.
