Adam B Decker

Adam Decker is an attorney practicing in the areas of real estate, commercial and general litigation.  His clients range from individuals and closely held businesses to large companies.

Education and Honors: Adam attended Arizona State University as a Merit Scholar, graduating magna cum laude with a B.A. in English. He studied law at Washburn University, where he received his Juris Doctor.  During law school, Adam was a judicial extern for the Honorable Sam A. Crow with the U.S. District Court of Kansas. 

Professional Activities and Experience: Adam is licensed to practice in Arizona State Courts as well as the United States District Court of Arizona.  Adam's clients range from individuals and closely held businesses to large companies. Adam has served as an Arizona Association of REALTORS® Legal Hotline attorney. Adam has represented homeowners, real estate professionals, title companies, lenders, landlords, tenants and contractors. Adam has assisted clients in matters involving: trustee's sales, judicial foreclosures, creditor's rights in bankruptcy, residential/commercial purchase contracts, commission disputes, easements, residential/commercial leases, licensing issues, land subdivision, title issues, zoning issues, property taxes, construction defects and mechanic's liens. Adam is "AV rated", the highest rating given through Martindale Hubble's® Peer Review Ratings System. That rating comes from a survey of fellow attorneys and judges. Adam is pleased to enjoy this positive reputation.

Personal:  Adam is married with four children.  Outside the office, Adam enjoys spending time with his family and going to his kids' activities.  Adam has lived in Italy, and he speaks Italian fluently.
