Replied last November 03, 2023Michael I am sorry you were not satisfied with my legal representation. I know I worked diligently on your case and filed every Motion I legally could. We had many meetings, both telephonically and in person, and I was able to obtain a favorable plea agreement that you seemed very satisfied with at the time. Please remember that you did not hire me, but instead hired the prior firm I was at. A far as not notifying you about my decision to leave that firm, I was prohibited from personally reaching out to clients by that firm and told a letter would be sent to all clients whose cases I had worked on. If that firm did not properly notify you then you would need to address that with them. Additionally, once I gave that firm my notice of resignation they decided when my last day would be, not me. I apologize if they sent an unprepared attorney to your final hearing.
