I was recommended to Buescher Law Group through my sister’s friend at work and after hearing about his experience I knew I had to give them a call. Before coming to Buescher Law Group I was in the dark about the whole process of pursuing 50/50 custody for my son. With having done some research of my ...own online, one with little experience on the situation, it was easy to become overwhelmed. The next week I was in the office for my consultation. I had a very sticky situation. I feared for my safety and my daughters life because of the very unsteady history her father put us all through. From the moment I met Jan and began to work with her my fears were put to rest. I had the confidence that she and her team would do what was best for me a...nd my innocent child. She reassured me of my rights as a wife and mother, my ability to parent alone and the fact that filing for divorce was the best decision for me. I met with Jan 2 months before I separated from my husband and she was so right when she said that I would "wake up one day and know that it was over".
