let me start out by saying that myazlawyer was amazing. I called them last summer letting them know that im looking for a lawyer to talk about filing BK, and they lady told me that she can take my name and number, and have someone give me a call back back. i had given her that info and within 5 min M...organ McCain called me back asking me what was going on. i was able to explain what had happen and he invited me in to the office. Meeting the Mr. McCain was extremely professional, we sat down in his office and came up with a game plain to file Chapter 7 BK. a week later the paper work was ready to be filed. we were able to get a court date quick and about 30 days later we go to court and all my debt was discharge. We paid our retainer in full and UP FRONT and have been blown off. Our phone messages go unanswered, our emails go unreturned. When we call for his assistant "Jen" we get a routine response of "she just stepped into a meeting". We feel we were given faulty information during our consultation whi...ch has led us to an additional financial consequence of $2,000.00. An absolute failure on customer service. An absolute failure on knowledge and guidance. Creditors DON'T CARE what your attorney tells you, especially if it's incorrect information. Absolute regret in retaining this firm AND we aren't even finished yet. I'm fearful of what's left to come.
