I hired Matt early this year to help me with a debt matter. I gave him contact information for the debt collector, fully explanation of the circumstances and supporting documentation. Mr. Fankhauser made significant misjudgments in my case; he also repeatedly failed to promptly inform me of his correspondence with my bk trustee and also mtg. lender, despite my requests for him to do so. Additionally, he did not inform me at all of my right to convert from ch. 7 to ch 13, in order... to save my business. Despite my very polite demeanor, he became hostile and angry on more than one occasion. My experience with him is that he has an overriding personal agenda, and does not put the client first. He failed to earn my trust.
