Estate Planning with Prenuptial Agreement and Will

Alison made my estate planning with a prenuptial agreement and will seamless just before my marriage. She is also very knowledgeable when I’ve consulted her on other legal matters.

Terrible Experience

Disappointing, I was blamed for "changing your mind" and when I confronted Alison about the nearly 2 years it took when we accomplished nothing she offered to write up a judicial complaint for me to file against the judge. Emails went ignored, then I get a bill for $60/per email since I terminated t...he firm. Never met anyone from the firm, despite multiple attempts to come conference in person, meet in person, never once did I step food in their office. My kids situation was never taken serious and finally after nearly 2 years I realized this is not what is best for my kids. Already in 3 days my new attorney resolved the matter.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
