Sheri Shepard

Sheri Shepard is an equity partner at Udall Shumway, PLC.  Ms. Shepard has represented clients exclusively in the area of family law for over 15 years. Ms. Shepard's priority is to help her clients obtain their specific goals. Ms. Shepard effectively advocates equally for both her male clients and her female clients. Representation of a client's specific needs vary whether they need an attorney to represent them through an amicable divorce process or whether the client requires a very assertive approach to the representation.  Ms. Shepard understands the importance of recognizing the client's wishes and goals. Ms. Shepard represents clients in a variety of family law situations such as simple and complex divorce situations and has experience handling issues surrounding simple assets cases as well as complex assets, business valuation issues, spousal maintenance as well as complex custody cases that may require custody evaluations or a more head-on approach when dealing with issues related to domestic violence, or drug and alcohol abuse. Ms. Shepard represents clients in divorce, paternity and custody situations, parenting time, grandparent rights as well as a variety of other types of family law cases. Ms. Shepard's degree psychology has been invaluable in understanding the emotional difficulties experience during their case. 

Ms. Shepard is an experienced litigator and also understands the importance to families in resolving cases through settlement efforts such as mediation, settlement conferences and other avenues. Ms. Shepard is a member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona, and a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association.
