R Scott Currey

I am a third generation Arizona native and have practice in the area of civil litigation since graduating from law school in 1978.  I am admitted to practice in Arizona, Montana and Colorado. In my 30 plus years of practice, I have represented individuals, corporations, insurance companies, public entities and school districts in the areas of personal injury, commercial litigation, real estate litigation, employment and civil rights litigation, education and workers compensation.

My diverse background includes appearing in forums ranging from the United States Supreme Court to Navajo Tribal Court.  These experiences have given me the ability to deal with those out of the ordinary litigation matters, to size up a case quickly and to provide easily understandable legal guidance.
