Ultimately, there are 35 entries at a rate of .1 = $30 total of $1050, that appear to be as a result of him creating and reading an email receipt. An action I had not seen before much less charged 35 times! He breached the agreement and broke the law. He commingled funds and by conversion paid him...

Mark helped me out of a difficult situation with one of my tenants. He was efficient, helpful, his staff was always available to answer my questions, and he is reasonably priced. I highly recommend him to anyone who has a problem tenant. Best money I've ever spent.
