Ultimately, there are 35 entries at a rate of .1 = $30 total of $1050, that appear to be as a result of him creating and reading an email receipt. An action I had not seen before much less charged 35 times! He breached the agreement and broke the law. He commingled funds and by conversion paid him...self, I dispute the account until I can review the billings with more support, which he promised to provide me and never sent. He caused a legal problem for me as he paid himself with money specifically designated for the court - me A writ for restitution and dismissal of the writ that he caused and charges me for it! Then filed for a dismissal. Mark Tucker breached the agreement, broke the law and he put me in jeopardy and cost me further legal expenses. I specifically instructed in writing and verbally, the bills are in dispute and Mark Tucker not to use this credit card as well as verbally and again immediately after he violated my rights and overcharged me January 27th Mark Tucker represented me for the first time. In less than 3 working days he burned through a retainer of $3,000. Per the Agreement, Breach - I will hold the advance deposit amount in a trust account until our representation is concluded. All while demanding, I pay him more money for which I had already paid him $3,000 in advance resulting in a billed amount of $1,410 and quit me just prior to a court ordered deadline. His lack of due diligence put me in harm’s way the Court and sited in future legal expense. This just after his phone lines was shut down by COX.

I was referred to Mark Tucker's office by another attorney who didn't handle landlord tenant issues..usually I am the landlord and know the law so it was interesting to suddenly be the tenant who needed help! In our case the landlord had entered the property numerous times without permission and actu...ally commenced remodeling the unit before we were legally out and still had our possessions in the unit! He met with me very quickly...I want to say within 1 day...and he absolutely knew his real estate statutes and law. I used to have an active Real Estate license so I had an idea what I had...but I was totally surprised when he pulled out information like naming husband and wife even though the lease was in husbands name only..after all AZ is a community property state..and he gave me the language to use so I could represent myself in small claims court. The kicker is..he even responded promptly to further emails with questions which I absolutely didn't expect! He didn't rush me thru the consult and listened! He even sent me relevant links for the Az Residential Landlord tenant act a couple of days before I was going to court! I was amazed! I guess in some ways even though I didn't win it all...I came across as a pro in court. Small claims is dicey because you don't have anyone with knowledge of the law sitting at that table and I did feel like I was in a Jerry Springer show! In hindsight, the landlord would have been easy to collect from so maybe I should have just filed a civil action and paid him to represent me. It would have been worth it! Bottom line...he made the difference for me. So...give this guy a try..I rarely, RARELY write reviews but this guy was worth it! Thanks again to Mark!

I really appreciated the way Mr. Tucker treated me and solved my problem. I was desperate with a problem that I had with my agreement for the place that I was rented and he was the only one that explained me everything in details to solve it. I can finally sleep at night. Highly recommend The Office ...of Mark Tucker.

We were disappointed in our attorney Mark Tucker that we hired in 2009 on a landlord eviction problem. Mr, Tucker handled the eviction on our tenant fine but did a poor job on out wrongful eviction. The problem areas we had with Mr. Tucker were poor communications, money issues, and lack of commitme...nt. Mr. Tucker is a landlord attorney not a tenant attorney.
