Leave your wallet and bank account at home if you intend on hiring him. I hired him for a simple case - he needed to admit my attorney pro hac vice and file documents timely. I did get my attorney admitted but he drug his feet on filing documents. Since he had no duty to draft the documents but only ...to file them you would think it would be pretty fast. Such was not the case. He spent more time documenting what he billed for than the actual legal services rendered. In short he believes that he has a right to decide what you should pay rather than according to the work at hand. Typical of an attorney who is hell bent on making sure that they bill X amount of hours to keep their cushy 6 to 7 figure income. I have worked with many other attorney's. They all have their faults but Brad Weech has been the worst. Hire him at your own financial peril. You have been warned.
