Terrible Lawyer

The review above this one hit the nail on the head. This guy is terrible. My case was a very simple child custody modification. In fact, I would say about 95% of everything was already settled between my ex-wife and I through mediation. There were only a couple small disagreements that needed set...tled in court. This guy charged me a flat fee of $2000.00. Once he received the money, he did absolutely nothing, except show up for a couple court appearances. I could have represented myself much better. He called me once and didn't even know who he was calling, he couldn't remember my name. He couldn't remember my son's name, of whom the custody was centered. He seemed unprepared in court. And he was no help with the couple of issues I was fighting for. My ex-wife and I had already been exercising 50/50 custody after mediation for a number of months, yet she was still receiving full child support from the previous agreement. I wanted reimbursement for the overage of child support. This lawyer said it would be no problem, and of course, he did nothing for me in that regard. I can't imagine having this lawyer represent me for any case remotely serious or complex. He talks a nice talk, at first. Once he gets your money, he's all but done. Be warned.

Horrible Attorney! Be warned...!

This guy is the epitome of a bad lawyer. He talks a good talk at the beginning,, but once he collects your money, he doesn't care about your case anymore. He does not prepare for court; I was embarrassed for him at court. I could have represented myself better on my own. He was schooled in court ...by a 28 year old that had only been practicing law for about 3 years. I should have seen his on line reviews before I gave my money to him.
