Unfortunately, the work product delivered demonstrated a concerning lack o...f attention to material terms. Several key clauses intended to limit my business's liability were either omitted or drafted ambiguously, which could have exposed my company to significant risk. Furthermore, her understanding of current marketing regulations appeared outdated. When I raised concerns about specific provisions, the explanations provided were insufficient. For a legal professional, the lack of thoroughness and due diligence was unacceptable. I will be seeking counsel elsewhere in the future.
