Denis Fitzgibbons is the City Attorney for Maricopa and Coolidge and represents one of Arizona’s largest law enforcement associations.
Denis Fitzgibbons is a Casa Grande Union High School graduate and earned his bachelor’s degree at Columbia University and law degree at Arizona State University. After starting his legal career at Snell & Wilmer in Phoenix, he returned to Casa Grande in 1993 to practice with his father and brother. Denis is an American Arbitration Association arbitrator, and practices in the areas of municipal law, employment law, probate and estate planning.
Denis and his wife Lisa, who is a Casa Grande City Council member, have three children. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona Board of Governors.
