    After being affected by the recent housing market collapse, I was looking to evaluate what options I had in my situation. I contacted Mr. Carroll to seek his advice after he had been recommended by a friend. Mr. Carroll was kind enough to sit down with me on short notice and informed me with great detail as to what options I had, and given my situation, what he recommended. His advice proved helpful and he always made himself available for the occasional follow up question. Without a doubt, Mr. Carroll and his team are now my go-to law firm as a result of this great experience.

    I went to James J. Carroll on a recommendation. I was very pleased with his staff who did ALL the work. I did not realize that I would never meet Mr. Carroll and that he has so many offices, even in other states.( In the past, I have actually met the lawyer.) So, if you want Mr. Carroll as your lawyer you may never actually meet him. Luckily, his staff was competent and very nice. I wish I could have written the check to them for THEIR work.

We handle a wide variety of legal matters, including the preparation of wills, trusts and other Estate Planning documents. Unlike some firms that utilize staff for the preparation of wills, all of our wills are prepared by licensed attorneys. Jim Carroll is the Manager of the Firm, and is responsible for the supervision of all staff attorneys. As such, Jim cannot meet with every client; however, if a client requests to meet with Jim specifically, he will ALWAYS make him self available. We are proud of our record of service to our clients and our community, and we are sorry that you did not have the opportunity to meet with Mr. Carroll personally.”
