Terry was the attorney for the Trustee in my personal Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Simply put; Terry's tenacity to find assets we did not have, made our lives miserable for the better part of a year. I found it necessary to file for bankruptcy as the result of my daughter, who was born very ill. We were, an...d still are, battling a plethora of health and behavioral symptoms in her. Terry continuously demanded unnecessary explanations and documentation, above and beyond that required by law. His requests became so inappropriate that I nearly felt compelled to seek counsel for harassment. Ultimately, his feverish hunt for assets was completely in vain. His only accomplishments were wasting his time and our precious sanity.
