I grew up in a military family and, like most, was stationed at various bases throughout the country and overseas before finally settling in Arizona. I stayed close to home and attended the University of Arizona for my undergraduate studies, before venturing out to California for law school, where I graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2003. Shortly thereafter, I moved back to Arizona, and began my legal career and gained valuable courtroom experience as a juvenile public defender.
In 2010 I transitioned into private practice, and since then I've focused my practice almost exclusively on family law, divorce and child custody issues. I like to think I bring a reasoned and compassionate approach to my cases, and understand the emotional stress often involved in family matters. With over a decade of combined experience as a litigator, I'm also well equipped to handle contentious disputes when necessary. When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, running and hiking. I'm also an avid sports fan – especially when it comes to my favorite teams, the San Francisco 49ers, San Francisco Giants, San Antonio Spurs, and the University of Arizona football and basketball teams (“Bear Down”). When time allows, I also try to give back to the community by volunteering my time with Wills for Heroes and the Family Law Assistance Program.

Excellent Friend and Lawyer all in one.
I hired Mr. Lincoln to see me through divorce proceedings. Mr. Lincoln heard me and reviewed what my ex-wife wanted when she filled. She wanted everything. Mr. Lincoln quickly put my mind at ease and helped me get through a very tough, and frustrating period. Mr. Lincoln was level headed, even wh...

Extremely Professional and Great to work with

He was professional, knowledgeable ...

I worked with the State's attorney and was able to negotiate an opportunity for my client to have the charged dismissed. The case was dismissed on October 18, 2016.
Through negotiations, my client was awarded child support, spousal support, annual support for the children's activities, and attorney's fees. My client was awarded primary custody and opposing party was responsible for all insurance coverage.
After taking the case to trial, final legal decision making authority was awarded to my client as well as primary custody. Additionally, the mother was no longer allowed to reside at her former residence.
I filed an emergency Motion and won the grandparents custody and emergency legal decision making authority over the child.
