Bradley S Gelder

I went to CLS as my student loan holder was threatening me and trying to intimidate me. I am 73 and have had this loan for many years my income would not let me pay the payments. Mr. Bradley Gelder was assigned to me,. Only spoke to me once on the phone, refused any face to face meetings and seems... to be on my loan holders side. I asked his paralegal to set up a meeting for me to talk with him it never happened. The loan holder threatened me with 400 dollar a month payments, but Mr. Gelder has done nothing to help me. I received a letter from him the other day reminding me that I needed to apply for my IBR or my social security might be affected sounds like a threat to me. Since this is a community sponsored program for low income I wish I knew how to contact their funding, so they can know how little these people actually do.
