Not only was he extremely professional and informative, but he was clear and precise about every aspect of my case. He has the background and expertise you don'...t find too often. I recently relocated here, so I was not up to date on all the different laws. I've never been in legal trouble before and I was being charged with an extreme DUI (granted I didn't actually drive). I was in a nightclub altercation where I was charged with aggravated assault with bodily harm, a very serious case in the state of Arizona, at first I hired another Law Firm to represent me in the case, and the first plea that the DA offered was 5 years flat or go to trial with risk of losing and get...ting 7-10 years, I was 30 years old at the time 2 kids just barely made 5 years old, needless to say I wasn't taking a plea I had to fight, so my first attorney gets the case continued for 3 months and the DA comes back with the second plea which was 2.5 years flat, at the time my lawyer suggested I should take it, and I lost all faith in them at that time, so I started researching more aggressive attorneys and Thank God I found Josh Blumenreich, I consulted with him, for at least an hour going over the severities of the case of course and he asked me what I was able to stomach at the end of the day, I said I want it to go away of corse or minimum 6 months county time, and he said DONE! After the consultation I had to inform my current attorney at the time of my decision and they told me the DA had one final plea, so I listened and its was 2 years 85% ts, and they Swore to me that this was the best deal I could get. Before I left Josh, I remember he asked me to write a small biography about myself so he could have a better understanding of who I was and where I came from, my first attorney never made any attempts or cared, I feel about me personally and that stuck with me the whole time. So I fired the first lawyer and hired Josh and him and his firm got right to work, they thoroughly investigated the case found more information that help my defense and by the time Mr Blumenreich was done chewing the DA in half I walked away with 6 months in the tents where I only did 8 hours in and 16 hours out I reported to the tents at midnight and left at 8, Unbelievable from my first plea being 5 years flat. After hiring lawyer after lawyer and receiving no help whatsoever, we found Josh Blumenreich. My husband was charged with a number of different felonies and this wasn't his first rodeo, so to speak. He was looking at 8-25 years. The first plea that was thrown at us was a 12 year plea. I was not goin...g to have my husband sign this plea. After calling Josh, he called me back right away. We literally talked for over an hour about my husbands case and the possibilities. The cases had been delayed and delayed because we obviously didn't want to take any of the cases to trial, knowing the outcome! So even with my husbands cases being this far along, Josh picked us up and agreed to help. My husband had been sitting in county for over a year and had 3 attorneys from the start and not ONE of them visited him to discuss the cases as much as Josh did in the 4 weeks he represented my husband. He did not promise us anything, he did let us know this was going to be very tough to get a lower plea. He was honest, respectful, hard working, and polite. He didn't treat my husband in any way like a criminal like the first 3 attorneys did. He definitely wasn't cheap, BUT to drop the plea down to 8 years, no more, no less...was SO WORTH IT. I appreciated the way he kept me in the loop, waited for me at court hearings, and was always the first one there! We were his priority and I hadn't felt like that with ANY other attorney. July 21,2012 I was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and prohibited possessor, with my 2 priors I was facing 8-10 years and the prosecution wasn't budging. Mr. Blumenreich ( and this is what I really respect about him) never promised anything, he indformed me of the facts and the p...ossibilities that lay ahead. He also fought harder than ever to discover the truth about my case, hiring a private investigator, getting police transcripts , and keeping constant contact updating me and my family... long story made short, we fought my case for 12 months as I sat in county..... the turnout was worth the wait. I pled to a class 4 non dangerous non repetitive count of weapons misconduct, with a presumptive of 2.5 years. At sentencing, my lawyer josh presented an amazingly thorough and precise reason to my judge, who was judge Granville, as to why I should get mitigated. I got 1.5 years with all credit for backtime, they sent me to prison for 2 months and I just got out august 19th 2013. No fines, restitution etc., just parole till January 16th 2014. Joshua Blumenreich isn't cheap by any means as a matter of fact he is pricey... BUT... you cant put a price tag on years of life.... he was worth every penny and I recommend him to anyone who is facing similar charges. If you need a thorough and attentive attourney, one who is honest and doesn't fill your head with pipe dreams and false promises yet fights tooth and nail.... this is your man.
