If they sue you now the will win. If you are not located in NY it makes it harder for them to sue you there, but they might do it anyway and take...

Some states that allow your wages to be garnished might adjust the amount that can be taken from your paycheck, but that debt is not going away...

I won a judgement against capital one, they didn't show up.....they got it overturned on appeal....

they can not take your social security. it sounds like you might be judgment proof.

You own the property until someone else does and are responsible for the HOA's from when you filed the BK until someone else owns it.

Sounds like they let you go and then changed their minds. do not think that would be a good defense to unemployment.

Yes different states have different statute of limitations for collecting on different types of debts. Creditors sue people on unenforceable...
