if the Trustee has not paid anyone he is required to pay your funds will be returned. You may want to ask what the sucess rate there is for...

Yes it possible to do that in a chapter 13, you might also qualify for a chapter 7.

I agree with previous post, but will also point out that the statute runs from your last payment not when you purchased vehicle.

My chapter 7 filing date in Michigan was in mid July 2011. I received my discharge mid October 2011.

Eventually they will start the foreclosure process. In today's economy banks are taking a lot longer to foreclosure than they used to take.

The only I formation that can removed is inaccurate information. So if it is true it stays. If it says you were late, they sued you but now paid...

If properly created the trust would work as you describe to protect the corpus from the claims of your creditor. Once you have funds in an account...
