i have used tom and his team for years and with great success. i highly recommend them. there is no B.S. and he doesnt charge you for the little stuff like most lawyers. He even did some work for me while he was on vacation.

Provisional Patent
I designed and developed a system for keeping snow or sleet from accumulating on a satellite dish. I have had other patents in the past but my Patent Attorney has passed away since my last invention. I contacted a new attorney and I knew right away that he was not going to do for me what I needed to have done. I found Tom's website and after reading it I decided to call him to see if he had the background I needed for this new invention. I had built a proto-type and I had proven by design. Tom convenced me on that first call that he had the knowledge I needed. The work is done and I have my Provisional Patent Application filed.
