Richard grew up in Phoenix. While interning for a Superior Court judge in Maricopa County during law school, Richard witnessed how effecive a truly great defense attorney could be for his client and Richard knew that was what he wanted to practice. Being charged with a crime can be one of the most stressful events in a person's life, and Richard's job is to help ease that stress, while standing by his clients and making sure their voices are heard.
Richard received his Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Arizona State University and his Juris Doctor from The University of North Dakota.

Terrible and shady Attorney
Do not hired any of the attorneys from Paradise Valley Law or Stone Canyon Law. My I know and have talked to many of the defendants in a lawsuit that is with Richard Noel being the representing attorney. Richard does not mail the motions he files against you or mails them too late for you to respond...
