The BEST criminal defense attorney I know!

Mark Dubiel and I met at a local coffee shop many years ago and were always friendly. Seeing what a hard working attorney he was I asked for his advice on a former case of mine from 2004. I was having difficulty restoring my rights and he immediately took control of the situation, also helping me wit...h other legal issues along the way. He was always a professional, well handling the case as a close friend would. For that I will always be grateful. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking legal council and have done so to a friend facing a DUI. He took on the cases diligently even though he had a huge case load. He always made me feel like a priority. We were both more than impressed with the outcomes of our cases. The outcomes would not have been so in our favor without Mark and his supportive staff. Saved my future

I am honestly astonished how great a lawyer Mark is. I was facing a Assault charge. After I was bailed out of jail I was referred to Mark by a friend who said he was an amazing DUI lawyer that does other criminal work as well. Right away I set up a consultation with him and he layed out all of my opt...ions for me, his confidence about the case and his willingness to go to bat for me made him an easy choice. Didn't help I said probably the most incriminating quotes in my police statement, not making his job easier. In the initial stages of the case based upon certain circumstances the prosecutor wanted to forward the case for Felony filing! I'm freaking out at this point because I'm not a felon! Mark being Mark did not let this happen after meeting with the prosecution. My case stayed in the local court. That was just the first way he saved me! Then for the next two months he kept working his ass off building a phenomenal defense for me until MY CASE WAS DISMISSED with prejudice so that it can never be refiled!! That was worth every cent. When you ever walk in court with him you will see how respected he is. He seems to know every defense lawyer or prosecutor that walks by and knows the judges. The best thing you are going to get from Mark besides a great outcome is the service. He would always call, text, or email me with updates and strategies. It felt like for the months we worked together he just took my problem and made it his own. I felt protected, so much less stressed, and had the ability to live my normal life. Be with friends, family, efficient at work, have fun, be a normal young adult in Scottsdale. The guy genuinely cares. We even had a long talk after the whole ordeal was over just about my personal life and him making sure I learned from my experience and stay on the right path. I promise you want Mark DuBiel representing you.

The ONLY reason I am not in JAIL today

I was referred to Mark 2 years ago from an estate lawyer who had amazing things to say about him. Boy was I lucky, because my super-extreme DUI was reduced to recklace driving. No jail time, no DUI charges. Before I met Mark I was embarrassed by my situation (DUI) and thought for sure even a lawye...r who was taking my money would judge me. Mark immediately made me feel safe, validated, and listened to. I was struck by his impressive understanding of the law and specifically of the judges/prosecutors/legal climate of the local courts. What is really amazing is the tenacity Mark had while defending me. He was so hardworking, even after 3 dismissals/refilings by the State. My case went on for TWO YEARS. Instead of pressuring me to settle, (which would have been easier and less expensive for his office) he navigated every step with me explaining all my options and the best/worst cases. I am blown away by how well-connected and knowledgable he is. Google some of the high profile cases Mark has done completely shaming the local police departments and their DUI blood/breath labs. Mark has achieved results every other lawyer would be jealous of. This is because he has such a complete understanding of the errors the local labs make, their procedures, and even the individuals who perform the tests. He had BOTH my blood and breath thrown out!! I am so glad I trusted Mark. I am free of jail time because of him. I cannot say enough good things, even his staff are warm and responsive. Thank you Mark Dubiel!!!
