Terrible law firm. The lawyer I used made frequent mistakes through her staff including: incorrect information communicated in email, needing frequent time line reminders, not remembering important case details, not paying court fees the lawyer was instructed to pay (thus delaying the process), omi...tting important details in the divorce settlement relating to property settlement allocation and who would retain possession of individual accounts (this resulted in additional paper work filing with financial institutions and unnecessary closing of accounts), alarming and stressing the client due to incorrectly remembering details of the case. These failures resulted in unnecessary delays, created anxiety, and increased fees charged to the client.

I don't know how I would have managed to get through my divorce without Launi's support. Not only did she do an amazing job with all the paperwork, she emotionally supported me in a way I'd never expect an attorney to do. She knows divorce law WELL, and made sure I was well taken care of. That was t...he most tragic year of my life; but her support made it bearable. Launi handled my divorce and custody case and saved me almost countless $$ and headaches and increased time with my daughter. She helped me gain joint custody. And she worded the agreement in such a way that my ex-wife cannot move our daughter to a different school system - which she is now trying to... do - and cannot without my consent - or a court order in which I would have Launi represent me - meaning I will win.
