Gave me a bunch of propaganda on how he was going to approach my case and in the end he didnt even know my name let alone look at my case. He had every hearing rescheduled til he reached the maximum amount of times allowed and then he was, not only late to my trial, but he was hanging out in the lob...by (as he stated) doing who knows what. There was no communication between us about court. But wait, it gets better... He couldn't even get the days and times right that were required for privileges so he scribbled everytging out and said I could do it later only to regurgitate complete nonsensical date, times AND location specifics to the judge. I had to keep interjecting with the correct information. It quickly reached a point where the judge and I just maintained eye contact and spoke to one another instead of him, it was that bad. When the judge asked him if he had anything to ad he said that he just wanted her to consider all the minimums for everything. And that was it. He knew he was unprofessional and waited for me to dismiss him. Had I not noticed he was holding paperwork that was supposed to be filed with the courts on my behalf, who knows how much worse he would have made this for me. So what do you think he does? You probably guessed it, he literally passed it off to ME to give to the lady at the window where I was paying fees. WHICH WAS NOT EVEN THE CORRECT PERSON OR PLACE FOR THAT. So then I had to go back upstairs and wait in another line to file his documents. What a joke. Go elsewhere if you want to be represented.
