This practive area includes working specifically with governmental agencies to assist clients to timely and effectively process administrative requirements.

This practice area includes bankruptcy and debt relief counseling for individuals, businesses, and creditors. This practice includes foreclosure avoidance, short sale, deed in lieu of foreclosure, and loan modification counseling, debt consolidation and bankruptcy alternatives, dischargeability of various debts, examptions, and all other facets of pre-bankruptcy planning and related considerations.
